Born in 1990 in Balıkesir, Op. Dr. Mustafa Taygun Oluklu completed his primary education at Balıkesir Mehmetçik Primary School in 2004 and completed his secondary education by graduating from Sırrı Yırcalı Anatolian High School in 2008. In 2015, he graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. After working as a general practitioner in Balıkesir 112 Emergency Health Command Control Centre for 6 months, he started his specialty training at Marmara University Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department in 2016. He continued his studies on micro surgery, one of the most difficult surgical branches.

She had the opportunity to work with Prof. Fabio Santenelli di Pompeo for 1 month at Rome Sapienza University Sant’ Andrea Hospital, one of the leading clinics in Europe in the fields of breast surgery and breast reconstruction, and Prof. Uroš Ahčan at Ljubljana Medical Faculty Hospital for 2 months. He did his speciality thesis on cartilage grafts commonly used in rhinoplasty operations. In 2023, he completed his compulsory service in Erzincan Mengücek Training and Research Hospital. Married Op. Dr Mustafa Taygun Oluklu is currently serving in his own clinic.
